"Network Failure"

I am unable to make or receive calls. Texts may or may not be working. (The phone says they are sent successfully but I have not received any replies.) When calling I get a 3-tone signal then the connection breaks off, a "Network Failure" message appears and the screen reverts to the main screen.

I have full bars, battery is fully charged and have 992 minutes of airtime. I've tried using the online troubleshooter but got caught in an endless loop of making test calls, having them fail, having the troubleshooter tell me i may have trouble receiving calls when I have 2 bars or less. :roll: "Let's make a test call," fail, flawed advice, loop back to test call screen, ad nauseum.

I do not have another phone, so cannot even call Customer Support.
