My daughter received a phone for Christmas. Activation went fine and we were successfully able to make and receive calls and text. By Jan. 4 the phone would no longer receive a signal regardless of location. I have tried phone support and their solution has been to repeatedly send new SIM cards, none of which have solved the issue. The first SIM we received was AT&T where as the subsequent ones have been related to T-mobile. All I want is for my daughter to be able to use her phone.
