wow.this has to be the worst customer service I have ever dealt with...I am glad I am using a real phone to call and not a tracfone or i would be using all of my minutes on hold..what a joke...

Now I have been on hold over 5 hours....went to chat like tracfone Felice pm'd and waited for 2 hours to get blown out twice....phone is still not working....can someone please help me

Lost phone in a snowstorm. Bought new phone today. Attempt to port # over 9 hours, over six hours on hold.
I am an emergency services vehicle operator. This is my first day of in many, and Tracfone has ruined it.
Inexcusable.
Also lied to repeatedly about wait times from Customer Service when told how long the "Port Service" rep would take to answer.
No viable excuse for this failure. All Tracfone employees should be fired. Not one capable of doing their job.

My husband has been trying to switch my current tracfone and service to a BYOP for several days now both electronically and via phone. He has been on the phone with Tracfone customer service for the last 2 days trying to get it to work with no luck. He is on the phone for the second time today, and has been on hold for close to 3 HOURS! This is beyond ridiculous for even Tracfone. Did everyone leave for the day???? POOR POOR SERVICE.
