LindaCHU, I'm glad that you were able to get your balance on the new web site. I have tried both the new and old web pages without any luck.

What kind of phone do you have? Is it a smart phone? What model?

TracFone Maria, thanks for enabling the PM reply feature. Two days ago I was in contact with the resolution dept and they said they would escalate and prioritize the issue and I should call back in two days.

So now it is two days later and I still have the same problem. I called today and now was told they would escalate the issue and send it to "cooperate" and I should call back in 3 days!!

I cannot use any "Mobile Data" because there is no mobile data on my phone and I am unwilling to add any data because I do not know if I will ever see it again.

I think this issue is well beyond the live chat people so please do not tell me to go there.

This has been going on for 7 days.

I have been having the same problem with being unable to get my balance. Did your situation ever get resolved?

I have two phones on TracFone. :ugeek:
Both smartphones, on Verizon.
A LG34C and a Moto E.
No problem using the My Account app, 611611 and the TF website.

Thanks for the reply. My LG Destiny is on ATT. Phone seems to work fine just cannot get the balance in anyway.
