Tracfone Web Site?

I can't believe how long the Tracfone web site has been under maintenance. I can't even login to my account and my service will soon expire. What is going on? Are you trying to drive customers away?

For the benefit of other forum members and viewers, I was told to try using a different search engine. The issue has nothing to do with what search engine you use. If you use the following address in a browser, you'll get a "site under maintenance" message:

http://www.tracfone.com

Via a search, I found out that you could use the following alternate address to at least view and use the Tracfone site:

ww2.tracfone.com

However, when I attempt to login to my account from the second address, I get redirected to an address using the first address referenced and I get the "site under maintenance" message after entering my username and password.

This is absolutely astounding that a company as large as Tracfone can screw up their web site so badly and for so long.
