Transfer to new phone

I've tried to transfer my account to a new phone. It's been hours and the new phone is still not connecting to network. What can I do?

I am having the same problem. It shouldn't take this long just to transfer to new phone!

My recent TracFone number transfer took around 36 hours. Wait for your old TracFone to be disconnected before trying to activate the new one.
