Balance issue after port in a Verizon number

I have a tracfone account with remaining balance and last service date 05/16/2021 (I saved a screenshot). Last night I ported in a Verizon number to this account by calling Tracfone customer care. The representative helped me with the port in process and made sure that the remaining balance and the service date will not change. But this morning when I check my account, the balance and service date are both completely wrong. I called and chatted online, but the representative apologized and can only give back a small portion of the balance. Can anyone tell me what I should do to get back the balance? Thanks!

I have already chatted online and called the customer care, but the representatives apologized to me and could not fix the issue.
