Help! Only 8 service days left on Safelink tracfone..

Dear Tracfone Support,

I have only 8 service days left on my Safelink Tracfone despite the fact that my Safelink enrollment is still active. When I tried to re-certify my Safelink service online at http://www.safelinkwireless.com/recertify, a pop-up screen came up stating: "We are sorry Our records indicate that you are not yet required to complete your Annual Verification at this time... You will be notified 4 months before your benefits expiration date to complete your annual verification. Once you've been notified, please come back to complete your Annual Verification."

Then I tried to complete a whole new Safelink enrollment application at http://www.safelinkwireless.com, but I got another pop-up message stating: "We are sorry According to our records, you already have an enrollment application. It is not necessary that you complete a new one."

Please HELP! How do I get more service days on my Safelink tracfone without recertifying or submitting a new enrollment application with Safelink?! It seems to me that the problem might be a technical Tracfone glitch that's causing my phone to have only 8 more service days left when my Safelink service is still active!
