Lost Pay As You Go Plans

I have two smart phones under my account: one is for my wife's, the other my daughter's smart phone. Two months ago my daughter's phone lost the Pay As You Go Plan options, including her preferred 90-day $19.99 option. The other smart phone still has this options.

I have chatted and called numerous times. Support has given me wrong answers as to why this is the situation. After speaking to a manager, he admits this should not be the case but had neither a resolution nor could not (would not?) open a ticket to resolve. :?

My only option is to drive to a store purchase an airtime card and recharge this phone's minutes. :x I can only do that for so long.

Please help. There must be some way to restore Pay As You Go Plans.
