Wrong Last day of service

Wrong Last day of service

My son's phone was out of talk time so I just added talk time and data to his phone. Now, it shows his last day of service is today 7/30/2019. The Auto-Refill charge date is correct at 9/16/2019 because I set up his auto-renewal in June with a 90 day plan.

Why is it showing the last day of service now instead of September when it should be? What do we need to do to correct it?
