rewards points - disappear after pending 60days

I've been promoting Tracfone all over my social media and accumulated a lot of reward points. So I was quite shocked when I logged in to my account yesterday and saw that a large amount of my reward points are gone. There are no longer any points pending and my reward points total dropped by about 40%. What is going on?

What a joke and waste of time. Yes I finally got a link in my inbox. Went to chat and as everyone says, chat cannot help with rewards and they refer me to the 1-800 number. I call that number and get told how many points I have and nothing else.
