So I have been trying to earn points with the Tracfone games. Their daily games i.e ones that a customer can play daily are most times not working on a daily basis LOL!!!. In the recent past the daily games were "Coming back soon!" Oh, for I guess about two months or so. Well now the daily game "Spin the Wheel" is back!! Surprise...it's not working on a daily basis. The game is always working though to deliver the message " Wow ! It looks like all prizes have been won at this time!" when I have not played the daily game "Spin the Wheel" to win a prize....figure that one out. I guess with TracFone one can lose not only by not playing their games but by attempting to play their games!! I have called Tracfone on this issue but its appears to be not of any significance to them. They advise try again tomorrow. No one fixes the problem except after I'm on the phone with an agent there are times the game just miraculously works but the next day; the issue has returned to not working with same message. Today I even had trouble accessing the Reward Page..."504 Gateway Timeout" this is a new addition to the many idiosyncrasies with Tracfone and its Reward System. Prior to their reward system; I was a happy customer. However, on the service end, their resolving problems with Tracfone Games is very much less than desirable. No one takes these problems seriously. Is Tracfone benefiting by not having their games work on a daily basis as they should? Well, in the long run they will have earned a great deal of BAD PR and that will bring a loss of customers. But that's not a concern for Tracfone because a customer's issue is not important....you can just call back again and again...problem never gets fixed. Shame on Tracfone!
