rewards points - disappear after pending 60days

I added an additional tracfone line I was told I earned 7000 points - the reward points wee pending for 60 days.

I check back today - and discover the 7000 point just "quit" - no explanation, no redemption, no longer pending - they just sit there - but are NOT available.

The only change to my account was that the 7000 points is counted as earned, not pending, but now not available in my total points. :?: :oops:

Happy Sunday!

I experienced the same thing between yesterday, April 3rd and Today, April 4th.

Activated a new phone on February 2nd and was awarded 7,000 point that could not be used for sixty days. The sixty days would have been up at the end of April 3rd.

When I checked my rewards portal this morning, instead of being released for use, the 7,000 points literally disappeared without a trace. My balance decreased overnight from 18,370 points to 11,370 points without explanation.

Had I won those 7,000 points from the Wheel or Scratch games, I wouldn't be as upset as I am. However, I activated a new phone and expected TracFone not to take the 7,000 points away without explanation.

What to do?

On line chat says they have no access to rewards program.

On line chat said support would call me 15 minutes.

No call from support three hours later.

Is there a dedicated Tracfone support number for REWARDS related questions?

I kept proof that I had earned points - but have no evidence they were redeemed.......

I had the same thing happen to me after activating a BYOP phone. They sat there for 60 days and then just disappeared. I wish that I had saved some kind of evidence but I did not. They can check and see that I have not redeemed any amount of points. I was wondering if this had happened to anyone else.

I tried to used the link you sent me to get to chat with two different browsers but was unable to use it. I'm a new user and tried to send you a message but couldn't do that either.
