Airtime cards and flip phones

1) Does Tracfone currently offer a flip phone that allows refilling airtime by entering the card number on the handset?

2) Do any of the current flip phones display the balance of minutes on the screen, or via a menu option?

3) The Orbic Journey V is an awful phone. If a user received a free* Orbic Journey V, are they stuck with it for a specific period of time or can the user port to a less awful phone without penalty?
