We've had the Family Plan for a number of years, too, and have wondered if we always get the minutes we're supposed to. While I really appreciate Tracfone making this available, I would really like to see something on their website about it + the ability to add/delete phones as needed, on my account online.
We used to be able to do that; I'm not sure why it was taken off.
Also... On the transactions/support window for each phone, can you PLEASE show how many minutes were added for the month, instead of just "redemption"? I would appreciate more detail for each transaction!
