What happened to the $19.99 90-day plan?

I was enrolled in the auto-refill version of the $19.99 90-day (60min-60text-60mb) plan for years. Now my account is suddenly no longer in the auto-refill plan. No idea why. I thought I could fix it by just re-enrolling my account in auto-refill, but I can't find this 90-day plan anymore. Can somebody help me re-enroll in this same plan?
