Basic phone plan while using a smart phone

I always recharge using basic phone plan for my daughter's phone though it is a iphone. Tracfone used to allow to use the basic phone plans since thats how i started off with tracfone. But now i see i cannot use that option anymore. As soon as i entered my daughter's phone number, it is taking me to use the smart phone plans for refill. i'm just trying to refill using basic phone plan for $19.99 that is valid for 90 days. Let me know if anyone has any suggestion on getting basic phone plan refill
