My service end date updated but not my data

I purchased the 30 day plan with unlimited text and calls, and it included 3g of data. My service end date, and the unlimited texts and calls are showing up on my balance summary, but I have no data. It is very urgent that I can get the data, since I live in a rural area with no internet service. I have to do a weekly Zoom meeting, but can no longer do it without data. I do not want to have to re-purchase the plan, since income is limited during the current COvid 19 crisis. How do I get the data to update?
