i had to call tracfone to change the credit card for the auto-refill of our family value plan, which we've been on for years -- the rep ran the new card through, and set up the auto-refill, but i think she might have taken us off the family value plan, and that now only one of our 2 phones is on a plan -- i would like to know what plan we are now on, and if both phones are still covered
