Did not receive double minutes

I signed up for the 90 days recurring charge with 60 minutes.
60 minutes were added to my phone.
This should have been 120 minutes.
Can you help me?

I just bought a 120 min card with 20 min bonus.I have Double Minutes for life BUT I only got 140 min! PLUS when I tried to call the 800 number on your website you wasted 3.5 of my minutes with ads and then I got a message about calling a different number! I am pissed off!

Another one here. I bought a phone card yesterday for my wife's Tracfone. Her phone is a double minute phone, and it's always given us double minutes whenever we've bought a card before. Yesterday was the first time it just gave us 60 minutes for a 60 minute card.

This was also the first time we redeemed the card using the phone itself rather than the website, could that have something to do with it?

Just purchased 200 minutes w 50 bonus.The 200 minutes did not double! Purchased on line. 219-242-3563 Please look into and respond with my minutes due. Thank you!
