I been using my tracfone for more than 2 years and been receiving double minutes. just bought a new 60 minute card and added airtime using my phone (exactly the same as i've been doing all this time, the same card from the same seller,etc. ) but did not receive double minutes. Did anything change lately??
also, is there a way to use the promo code I received through email but forgot to use when adding time?

I always received double minutes when purchasing a 60 min. card. Not this time what changed? Thanks

Let me add my "me too". Just bought a 60-minute card and only received the 60-minutes plus a bonus 20 minutes for my phone (LG-440G). My phone was bought with Double Airtime for life. Added this online and received this message "The Airtime card(s) you added does not qualify for special programs." How does this card not qualify?
