Hey I also didn't receive double minutes on my DMFL phone. On top of that I had a code to bring me up to 140 mins and that didn't work either. I just got the flat 60 mins.

Still no double minutes on phone. I was directed to a live chat yesterday that stopped responding as soon as I typed in my problem. Trac Fone has been a fast and easy process for many years. No fun now!

Same here I m have a triple minute phone and only received 60min +60 promo code minutes usually do online did on phone and base min did not triple.

Hi,

My TracFone says it doubles the minutes for every airtime minute you buy, however I just purchased 60 minutes and it is only showing up as 60 minutes on my phone? Help please!
