I recently bought an LG phone with double minutes. I bought 120 minutes yesterday but did not get the double (240) minutes on the phone. Can someone please help me, why I have not got double minutes. Thanks.

I just bought and added a 60 Minute time card to my phone but once again did not get the double minutes. I had this exact problem the last time I added a card. I would like to get this straightened out as soon as possible.

My plan did not apply my double minutes for life for my phone when it auto-renewed my policy. What should I do?

My autopay renewal today did not add the DMFL minutes to my account - sadly I had the same issue last time.

I also have been seeing this same problem since enrolling in a 60-Minute 90-day Auto Refill Plan on 08/19/2015. Each time I have not automatically received the double minutes.
