Purchased LG L442G and a 60 min card three months ago and got 120 minutes. Yesterday, applied for auto-refill and got 60 minutes instead of expected 120 minutes. What's the problem?

I have an LGL-33L trac-fone with triple minutes...just bought the 19.99 worth of time and I only received single minutes not tripled. please help
