Did Not Receive Triple Minutes

Like so many others, I did not receive the triple minutes I was entitled to on my LG-840G phone. Spent almost an hour with two different reps on the phone and got nowhere. Can someone help? VERY frustrating! Why is this happening to so many people??

I have a LGL41C model Triple times for life!

In the past, your site show 400 minutes when I purchase and my phone will times 3 equal to 1200 minutes!

Now, your site shows 1200 minutes ( and shows x3). It misled the consumers including me that it will get 3600 minutes but actually, the phone updated and will only get 400 x 3 minutes equal to a total of 1200 minutes!

Your site is not consistent and misled consumers!

I noticed that my data was not being tripled on my purchase on my triple airtime phones. I'm wondering why it hasn't been credited automatically. Any help would be appreciated.
