Unable to Make Calls

Unable to Make Calls

When I attempt to make a call I receive the message "Emergency Calls Only". I have plenty of minutes left on the phone and only need to reactivate at the end of 2011. If I try to user the browser I receive the message "Error: Network Unavailable". It's as if my service with TracFone has terminated. Please Help!!
