I have account on line and when I log in It just displays success not my phone or account info, tried adding my phone again said its registered to another account???????? I even got this messageError 404--Not Found From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 10.4.5 404 Not Found The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address. NOW I do have 2 Net 10 phones on a net ten website----since this is a sister COMPANY is it screwing with my TRAC phone account.

The exact same thing is happening to me. What is up? I have a phone I need to renew and I can't use the website and my account to do it. Please help.

This is ridiculous. I've been unable to use my phone for weeks because your web services are borked. This isn't an angry threat, just the truth: if it doesn't come up within the next week or so, I will need to move to another service, because I need a phone. Please at least allow your tech people to post information and updates about the problem.

Its now mid-June and I still can't access my account summary. When is this going to ACTUALLY GET FIXED?
