Hi, I am a Value Plan member and have been for 6 yrs. except for a brief interruption recently when I forgot to update the expiration date of my credit card which is debited monthly for payment of my Value Plan. That matter has been resolved and I recently purchased the Double Minutes for life of the phone. Now my problem is that, I am unable to add either of the Value Plan airtime bundles on your website. The ones that I am referring to are on the Air Time Bundles page and give a choice of 50 mins. or 100 mins. At that point, I find that I am blocked and unable to choose either of the two choices to add to my Tracfone. Please respond with a resolution or explanation for this problem because I'd like to have that option available to me. Thanks much for your attention to this.
