I'm not getting much help from tracfone customer service. I get transferred around and then am given a ticket number. Never get an email response to this ticket number. What's wrong with the website they so many are having touble accessing account summary??????
I have 758 minuets on this phone and 70 days of service .I was on a value plan up until Nov, I want to sign back up to it .I would like to be able to manage my account online . But for some reason starting few months ago I have not been able to see my account online. I now have to do everything over the phone. My serial number is 268 435 458 507 70* *** for sure.
