can not access my account information

can not access my account information

I cannot access my account info. It just shows success in one corner of the screen and the rest is blank. What do I need to do to get my account info to show up when I log in online?

Is there anyone online now that can help?? I have posted so I can get PM's now. I can't log on to web site to add & remove old phones & purchasse items ect.

I am having the same problem - when you log in the screen says "SUCCESS" with a yellow triangle next to it & you are unable to access anything else on the account - if you try to get into the value plans it asks for the information on the phones & then tells you that the phone is already registered on another account. How can this be fixed? The monthly value plan fees were supposed to be charged January 31, 2012 which was what prompted me to look into the issue. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Trying to get up to the 5 required posts so that someone will please help me. I cannot access my account - the value plan has not been charged for January 31, 2012 as it should have been when I sign into my account it shows "SUCCESS" with a yellow triangle - cannot add the phones as they already exist on another account - PLEASE HELP!!!!
