I am having the same problem - when you log in the screen says "SUCCESS" with a yellow triangle next to it & you are unable to access anything else on the account - if you try to get into the value plans it asks for the information on the phones & then tells you that the phone is already registered on another account. How can this be fixed? The monthly value plan fees were supposed to be charged January 31, 2012 which was what prompted me to look into the issue. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
