Attempt to buy minutes on-line failed.

It is very frustrating that my attempts to buy minutes on-line fail. The last time it happened I had to purchase at a retail store, however I would like to make buy a 'website exclusive' package.

The system will not allow me to use a credit card other than the one already pre-selected. When I tried to add another card it is indicated that it is already registered.

Please advise.
