Accessing Google Play on Lg800g

Accessing Google Play on Lg800g

Postby Zelda25 » Wed Jun 13, 2012 8:14 pm

I have tried to access google play on my my lg800g but have been unsuccessful. Is it possible to access Google play? If it is possible to access google play, is it possible to download apps from there? It lists these phones with an 800 in their name as supported models for LG:
LG-C800
LG-C800G
LG-KU8800
Is one of these the Lg800g? If not, what other locations online do support the lg800g?

I suppose what I was really trying to ask is, since the Lg800g is neither an apple phone nor an android phone, would it be able to run apps designed for android phones? Are there any apps on google play that would work on my Lg800g? If not, what other websites might have apps that would work on my phone?

Hi Zelda25. You may try to download those applications you would want to download and see if phone is compatible with that particular application. We hope this helps. Thank you.

The LG800G runs Java apps. Do a search for that on Google Search. Some websites let you download directly to the phone or you can copy it to an SD card and install it from there. If you need instructions on how to do this go to Youtube and see some videos of how it's done.
