No internet service that I paid for

I got the 50 dollar unlimited card and can't access my internet. I have WHITE service bars yet they are usually green. I am wondering if the service bar color has to do with my not being able to access my internet. I would really appriciate any help on how to fix this problem and if anyone has experienced this same issue. Thanks ahead!! :)

I have the same problem I have white bars and when I launch the browser I get the message web site not avalible
Can anyone help
