Cant access internet

Cant access internet

I've had safelink for a few months now and never had any problems with it until now. Its is the 8th I just got my service reuped on the 1st. For those 7 days everything was normal then all of a sudden I cant get onto to internet at all. I messaged 611611 and it tells me i have 0GB of data and i dont understand how i have no roaming data at all. Please help me.
