New Tracfone

I have been on the phone with two different reps and still can't get my new LG tracfone activated. I was supposed to be transferred to someone who could help me and was placed on hold but finally had to hang up after being on hold for 30 minutes and previously for an hour. Sorry but being forced to wait this long just to try and get this new phone activated, is a bit ridiculous. I just received the new phone as I was notified to turn in my old one because it is being fazed out. I would like to get this resolved but have no desire to be kept on the phone for an hour and a half again. Surely there is a better way to handle this. Please advise.
