New Tracfone

I have been on the phone with two different reps and still can't get my new LG tracfone activated. I was supposed to be transferred to someone who could help me and was placed on hold but finally had to hang up after being on hold for 30 minutes and previously for an hour. Sorry but being forced to wait this long just to try and get this new phone activated, is a bit ridiculous. I just received the new phone as I was notified to turn in my old one because it is being fazed out. I would like to get this resolved but have no desire to be kept on the phone for an hour and a half again. Surely there is a better way to handle this. Please advise.

I was also told my phone was being phased out and that I could get a free replacement sent to me. I asked a representative on here if I could buy a new phone of my choice when it was convenient for me and transfer everything to that phone and I was told yes. I now have the new phone and would like to transfer my account over to it, but I don't know how. I was told to return here when I was ready to transfer because the process would require help from a representative here.
