Number hasn't been moved to new phone

On Saturday evening, July 1, I did a phone transfer, but it still has not completed yet. The ticket number is 1166475983. I have received several welcome messages from Tracfone on my old phone, but the new phone has yet to be activated. It is a BYOP. Not sure what the hold up is. Thank you.
