Hi,

I received my SIM card. I went online to activate my phone on your website. When I entered the information, the website told me to call 800 867 7183.

When I called the 800#, I was told to send PORT to 611611, and I did.

I then get a message back that says "Sorry, there was a problem processing your request. Please call 611.

When I call 611, I get my current cell phone carrier, but I'm trying to switch to Tracphone.

How do I port my phone and keep my phone number???

With all of these issues and redirects, should I be worried about more problems to come? Not off to a very good start.
