I lost all prepaid airtime when switching phones.

I used the online system to transfer my SAFELINK account to a new smartphone due to the old one being 2G only.

It seemed to transfer OK, but I somehow lost all of the prepaid airtime that I had in the account.

When I text BALANCE to 611611, it tells me I have 0 Minutes, 0 SMS, 0 Data

I previously had 9349 minutes, 99698 SMS, 11.26 GB Data

Can you help get it back?
