Insufficient Funds - Basic International Calls

Insufficient funds for international calling.
We can no longer use our 888-xxx-xxx numbers to call Canada, UK and Australia.
These numbers worked a couple months ago.

We also tried using the 1-800-706-3839 number, again no international access.

All we get is the 'INSUFFICIENT FUNDS TO PROCEED WITH THIS CALL' message.

I also have the same problem. FYI I have 165 mins in my account. Do I need to add more airtime? Last time I checked there was no minimum minutes to make international call.

Yes, count me as one more person with this problem. Called the help number but the person on the other end was just reading off your website. Most unhelpful. Would love to be able to call internationally because I do have plenty of funds. Thanks.

Has anyone actually gotten this problem resolved by their Tracfone-Robot [BeeCee, Katie, Larry, Maria etc.]?

My Tracfone-Maria-Robot did nothing but send me a robo-message asking if the problem was resolved.
