I am a long time Tracfone user. Recently when attempting to dial an international number receive the following 'INSUFFICIENT FUNDS TO PROCEED WITH THIS CALL' message. Would appreciate help with this issue.

I took your advice and tried to get this issue resolved by calling your customer service line. Spoke to two agents without having this problem resolved. Can you please look into this and advise. Thank you!

My unlimited talk-and-text plan expired a few days ago, and on Monday I switched to a 500-minute/30-svc-day plan. I'm still unable to make basic international calls, either using the 888 number or dialing direct. I have 400+ minutes remaining. I've turned the phone off and on several times. Suggestions?

I have the same problem. I became aware of it in June 2019. These international frequent numbers were set up since the feature first became available.

Please help.
