Cannot setup frequent numbers

When I fill out the information necessary to obtain Frequent Numbers (cell phone number and IMEI), I click SUBMIT and nothing happens. This is my new iPhone 6S+ purchased from TracFone.

I too have tried setting up frequent numbers and after inputting my phone number and IMEI nothing happens
