My current provider Spectrum is not on the online list. I called and was connected to a person and after previous experience I informed the person that I need to be connected to the porting dept. She transferred the call and like yesterday's 10 failed connections, whether waiting for a call back or holding, the call was disconnected. I have no other way to port my number so this seems to be a dead end.
