Trying to switch phone number and minutes to new LG440G phone. The code entry mode (#0) for this phone (as provided in the set up) was invalid. Now neither phone works - both have unregistered SIMs. Customer support run around says to call back in 15 minutes if still having trouble. I have been having trouble for 2 days. HELP.
